I am a senior business leader and executive leadership coach who partners with senior leaders in complex organizations as they navigate growth, complexity, and leadership impact while sustaining well-being. My coaching integrates deep business expertise with whole-person, evidence-based practices that support meaningful and sustainable leadership growth.

My Approach

Drawing on more than two decades in a large, complex organization across Strategy, Finance, and Business Management, I bring a pragmatic understanding of the pressures leaders face when driving performance in complex organizations, leading through change, and influencing across diverse stakeholders.

As an MBA, CPA, and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC, CPCC), I offer a grounded, strategic approach informed by leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and applied psychology.

My Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP), along with my National Board–Certified Health & Wellness Coach credential (NBC-HWC), deepens my whole-person, evidence-based approach. This blend of business acumen and coaching psychology creates space for leaders to deepen clarity, insight, and alignment between performance and well-being.

What Clients Experience

Clients describe our work together as supportive, strategic, and deeply reflective — a trusted partnership that expands perspective, strengthens self-awareness, and supports meaningful, sustainable leadership growth.

“Lisa supported me at a point in my career when I needed to take my management and leadership skills to the next level. We worked on very concrete situations drawn from my own professional experiences. Each time, Lisa was able to analyze the situation, interpret it very precisely according to my personal psychological functioning, and recommend perfectly tailored actions. Lisa helped me to better understand the specific drivers of my motivation, as well as the causes of situations that make me feel uncomfortable or stressed. This work on myself has allowed me to make progress in managing the complex interactions related to my role and responsibilities, and above all, to approach them with much greater effectiveness and peace of mind.”
